On October 7th, we had a Luau at the Alumni House. We had Hawaiian Haystacks for dinner and then watched 50 First Dates. There were even live fish in the centerpieces! It was a night of food and fun, and if you didn't come, you sure missed out. Thanks to all those who helped make this activity possible.
Last night, October 14th, was True Aggie Night. We had quite the crowd and several couples climbed upon the "A" and under the light of the moon and the Old Main A lit Blue, kissed and became True Aggies. It was a little cold but still a blast. Thanks to all who braved the cold to help out or to participate.
Don't forget, next week is Homecoming Week. On our Newsletter page: (http://www.usu.edu/saa/newsletter/index.cfm) there is a link to the latest Newsletter and on the back page is a schedule of all that will be going on next week.
Also, for True Aggie Night, next Friday the 24th, we will be breaking the school record of more than 2,000 people kissing at midnight. So we will need EVERYONE there to participate and help break the record. Registration will begin at 10:30 so we can keep track of how many people are there kissing. So don't be late because we will all be kissing at Midnight!
Below are some pictures from the luau:
